Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Technical Project Manager who will lead the successful delivery of our software projects. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong leadership, excellent client management, and deep familiarity with modern API and automation tools to ensure projects meet client expectations and drive product success.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Oversight:

• Develop a deep technical understanding of each software project.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans.
• Validate proposed solutions from the solution architect to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Oversee the integration and usage of modern API tools and automation processes.

Documentation & Planning:

• Write comprehensive technical scope documents and proposals.
• Collaborate with business analysts to create detailed user stories and requirements.
• Oversee sprint planning and ensure each sprint is well-defined and achievable.

Agile & Scrum Management:

• Lead daily stand-ups (scrum meetings) to track progress and address any impediments.
• Monitor sprint progress, close sprints on schedule, and deliver high-quality work to clients.
• Proactively track project issues, discuss challenges with the team, and resolve problems efficiently.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

• Manage relationships with international and technical clients.
• Skillfully handle client requests, including the ability to resist irrelevant or non-value-adding demands.
• Ensure that client communications are clear, timely, and constructive.
• Drive initiatives that ensure high levels of client satisfaction and the product's overall success.
• Team Leadership & Follow-Up:
• Maintain effective follow-up with team members to ensure accountability and progress.
• Utilize strong memory and attention to detail to recall project nuances and support decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:

• Strong understanding of software development, including mobile and web application projects.
• Basic knowledge of APIs, with hands-on experience integrating them.
• Familiarity with industry-level applications and modern technologies such as websockets, pushers, and Firebase.

API Testing and Documentation:

• Proficiency with Postman for designing, executing, and maintaining API test cases.
• Experience using Swagger for documenting and testing APIs to ensure robust and user-friendly interfaces.

Automation and CI/CD:

• Hands-on experience with GitHub Workflows and GitHub Actions to streamline code review, integration, and deployment processes.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) best practices to maintain high code quality and rapid release cycles.

AI API Integration:

• Demonstrated understanding of advanced AI API solutions, including GPT, Deepseek, and Gemini AI.
• Ability to integrate and leverage these AI APIs effectively to drive innovative solutions and product enhancements.

Project Management:

• Proven experience in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time.
• Solid grasp of Agile methodologies, especially sprint planning and daily scrum management.
• Demonstrated ability to make timely and effective decisions.

Business Analysis & Documentation:

• Proficient in writing detailed technical scope documents, proposals, and user stories.
• Experience collaborating closely with business analysts to ensure project requirements are met.

Client & Team Management:

• Excellent skills in managing international and technical client relationships.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage client expectations.
• Strong follow-up skills to ensure high-quality deliverables and team accountability.
• A proven track record of achieving high client satisfaction and driving product success.

Preferred Experience:

• A diverse background with experience in roles such as web development, quality assurance, business analysis, project coordination, and program management.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex software projects and leading cross-functional teams.
