Broad Peak Shipping & Logistics, part of the Broad Peak Group, is a leading name in Pakistan's transit trade and logistics industry. We specialize in providing one-window solutions for sea, road, and border logistics, serving clients across Pakistan, Central Asia, and international markets.

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to directly support the CEO in managing client relationships, expanding business opportunities, and coordinating across departments. The ideal candidate will have a background in Banking and Shipping, strong business acumen, and the ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities


• Act as the primary support to the CEO for all business development matters, ensuring timely handling

of inquiries and opportunities.


• Manage domestic and international client interactions, including correspondence, proposals, negotiations, and after-sales relationship building.


• Maintain close coordination with pricing, operations, and finance teams to align business offers with execution.


• Draft, review, and refine business contracts, agreements, sales/purchase documents, and MoUs.


• Conduct market intelligence research on competitors, freight rates, new trade routes, and emerging opportunities in the shipping and logistics sector.


• Maintain and update business trackers, financial reports, and client databases in Excel/Word for decision-making.


• Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing notes for CEO's meetings with clients, government officials, or international partners.


• Facilitate smooth coordination between the CEO and all departments (finance, HR, operations, commercial).


• Support in organizing business seminars, client workshops, and office training sessions.


• Handle HR-related tasks, such as assisting in recruitment, employee engagement, and office event planning.


• Ensure proper follow-ups on client commitments and internal tasks, maintaining accountability and timely execution.


• Represent the company professionally in meetings, conferences, and exhibitions (local and international).


• Manage sensitive business information with discretion and confidentiality.

Requirements


• Background in Banking and/or Shipping Industry (mandatory).


• Proven ability to handle sales, business negotiations, and client discussions.


• Strong international client exposure with excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and data recording tools.


• Skilled in drafting and reviewing contracts and business agreements.


• Demonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple departments in a corporate setup.


• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in business development, client servicing, or sales.


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.


• Female candidates are preferred; exceptional male candidates with the right expertise will also be considered.
