Role Overview:

We are seeking a 
Business Development Executive
 who has a proven ability to drive revenue and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will focus on 
lead generation, client acquisition, and nurturing long-term partnerships
, particularly within the 
healthcare and medical billing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate high-quality leads and close deals via 
    LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Upwork, and other channels
  • Build and maintain a robust 
    sales pipeline
     and manage prospects through the full sales cycle
  • Optimize 
    LinkedIn profiles and outreach strategies
     to maximize visibility and engagement
  • Plan, execute, and manage 
    email marketing campaigns
     using , Klaviyo, MailChimp, or similar tools
  • Deliver 
    compelling sales pitches
     tailored to client needs and industry trends
  • Develop and maintain 
    long-term client relationships
     to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Consistently achieve and exceed 
    monthly/quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in 
    business development and revenue generation
     (healthcare/medical billing preferred)
  • Strong 
    English communication skills
     (verbal & written)
  • Experience in 
    B2B sales
    ; exposure to healthcare outsourcing or RCM is a plus
  • Proficiency with 
    CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email marketing platforms
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a 
    target-driven environment
  • Strong 
    negotiation and presentation skills
