Position Title: Vice President of Sales

Location: Remote (US-based)

About the Role:

We're seeking a VP of Sales with deep expertise in Recruitment as a Service (RaaS) to lead sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and manage global teams. This role requires proven success in building client relationships, closing multimillion-dollar deals, and scaling operations with offshore teams in Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in RaaS.
  • Lead and coach a high-performing sales team to meet revenue targets.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with offshore teams in Pakistan to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain key client relationships.
  • Track and report sales performance using CRM tools.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications:

  • 7–8 years of experience in RaaS sales with proven revenue growth.
  • Experience managing offshore teams (India/Pakistan preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce/CRM tools and data-driven sales management.
  • Willing to travel up to 10% for client meetings/events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70, Rs80,000.00 per year
