This is a home based, full flexible (timings), full time / part time opportunity.

We are looking for a new colleague to play a vital role in our success as an E-Commerce Specialist.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage inventory on international platforms like eBay, Amazon and other online marketplaces.
  • Create, manage, and optimize listings for all marketplaces.
  • Coordinate marketing for all online marketplaces, including promotional opportunities, pricing optimization, content creation (guides, banners, HTML templates, and email)
  • Research and identify new marketplaces, including logistical needs and pricing.
  • Monitor competitive listings and product pricing on all marketplaces.
  • Review customer feedback and marketplace health, updating processes as needed.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of the mechanics of all backend tools, processes and systems.
  • Consistently monitor and understand competitive pricing landscapes.

  • Monitor, analyze and report on marketplace metrics and sales.

  • Responsible for execution of multiple projects that helps in improving sales and quality of the products on the Channels.

  • Lead and oversee the completion and implementation of continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
  • Explore new areas of improvement on channels that can result in giving significant results.
  • Planning and coordinating with team to ensure deals are optimally placed for entire catalogue.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • At least 3 years' experience in e-commerce, online marketing, or equivalent
  • Knowledge of online marketplaces (eBay, Amazon, etc). Experience buying and selling on eBay, other online platforms etc. is preferred.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work efficiently and effectively within a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • Has exceptional attention to detail and the ability to plan strategically and manage multiple tasks and projects in parallel.
  • Ability to create, analyse, and comprehend marketplace data and sales analytics for use in forecasting, production, and communication with other team members.
  • Experience in merchandising, online marketing, and/or e-commerce strongly preferred.
  • Experience with product listings, data feeds, email marketing, search engine marketing, and Goggle Analytics is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, plus the ability to quickly learn and work with the new systems and software.
  • Create and manage Amazon, eBay listings and to optimize.
  • Listing SEO (Content writing -title, bullet points, description)
  • Bulk file operations, updating inventory through flat file whenever required.

  • Auditing of listing storefront, addressing listing errors (suppress, delete, merge, unmerge etc)

  • Managing FBM inventory and inventory update

  • Case openings and follow-ups with Amazon CS when required.
  • Catalogue maintenance

The successful candidate MUST have a proper workspace with stable internet connectivity and a laptop.
