Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact. Understand their business goals, objectives, and challenges to provide effective digital marketing solutions.
  • Account Strategy Development - Develop and execute strategic plans for client accounts, aligning digital marketing efforts with their objectives. Identify opportunities for growth and optimization, ensuring client satisfaction and success.
  • Campaign Management - Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, such as search engine marketing, social media, email marketing, and display advertising. Ensure campaigns are timely, within budget, and meet performance targets.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting - Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports to clients. Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Make data-driven recommendations and adjustments to optimize campaign performance.
  • Team Collaboration - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and technical teams, to develop and implement digital marketing strategies. Coordinate efforts to ensure seamless execution and delivery of client projects.
  • Industry Research and Knowledge Sharing - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing. Conduct industry research and share knowledge with clients to provide strategic recommendations and innovative solutions.
