Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and illustrate 2D game assets: characters, environments, props, UI components, etc.

  • Create eye-catching game icons and app store screenshots that reflect the game's style and attract players.

  • Develop concept art and visual references for game features and content.

  • Collaborate with the Art Director and design team to maintain a consistent visual style.

  • Optimize artwork for mobile devices to ensure high performance.

  • Implement feedback quickly and iterate based on creative direction and testing.

  • Work closely with animators and Unity developers to integrate art into the game engine.

  • Support marketing efforts with high-quality visuals and promotional assets when needed.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience as a 2D artist in the mobile gaming industry.

  • A strong portfolio showing 2D art skills, including game assets, icons, and app store screenshots.

  • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar digital painting tools.

  • Solid understanding of composition, color theory, lighting, and visual hierarchy.

  • Ability to adapt to different art styles based on project needs.

  • Familiarity with mobile game UX/UI considerations and store listing visuals.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Organized, self-motivated, and capable of working within deadlines.
