Experience: 2 - 3 Years

Responsibilities:

Identify and bid on relevant projects across Upwork, LinkedIn, and other freelance platforms.

Craft tailored proposals that win projects and align with client needs.

Collaborate with sales and project teams to convert leads into long-term clients.

Track bidding performance and provide reports on conversion rates.

Maintain records of bids, responses, and follow-ups to ensure timely action.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a successful bidder on Upwork or similar platforms.

Excellent written communication and proposal-writing skills.

Strong understanding of Upwork algorithms, client psychology, and IT/web services.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and fluent in English.

Ability to understand client needs and effectively close deals.

Ability to collaborate with technical and design teams for proposal creation.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Bidder and Business Developer

Timings: 4 pm - 1 am.
