Shift Timing: Evening (05:00 PM - 01:00 AM).

Job Type: Full-Time, On-site.

Experience: At least years & Salary Slab: 70k-100k (Based on expertise).

This role is not ideal for junior or mid Level Developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, performance-oriented web applications using the MERN Stack.
  • Build responsive and dynamic front-end components using and modern UI libraries.
  • Accurately convert Figma designs into functional UI with corresponding backend logic.
  • Develop and manage robust RESTful APIs with and
  • Architect and maintain MongoDB databases, focusing on performance and schema optimization.
  • Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms.
  • Lead and participate in code reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Manage full-cycle deployment of applications, including setup, configuration, and maintenance of production and staging environments.
  • Utilize CI/CD pipelines, containerization tools like Docker, and cloud platforms.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot live applications to ensure stability and performance.
  • Provide technical mentorship and support to junior developers.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of MongoDB, including schema design, aggregation pipelines, and performance tuning.
  • Expertise with Git and modern version control workflows.
  • Proven leadership or mentoring experience within a development team.
