Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork.
  • Write tailored proposals that address client requirements and highlight company expertise.
  • Collaborate with the design and development team to prepare competitive bids.
  • Maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Achieve monthly sales and project acquisition targets.
  • Keep track of bidding activity, leads, and project pipeline.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years of proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of design, branding, logo, and website development services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and draft persuasive proposals.
  • Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs100,000.00 per month
