Creative Manager
to join our growing in-house team in
Lahore
.

This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes creativity across
design, video, and visual storytelling
and enjoys leading creative teams to produce high-quality, meaningful work.

About The Role:

As a Creative Manager at Creatredge, you will be responsible for overseeing creative output across graphic design and video projects. You'll work closely with designers and video editors, guiding them with strong creative direction, refining ideas, and reviewing final outputs before client delivery.

You'll play a key role in ensuring every piece of work meets our standards of
quality, clarity, consistency, and purpose
.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 3–4+ years of experience
    working in a creative or marketing agency
  • Strong creative sense across
    both design and video
  • Ability to generate
    fresh ideas, concepts, and visual directions
  • Experience collaborating with designers and video editors
  • Strong eye for detail and quality control
  • Ability to review, refine, and elevate creative work before client submission
  • Comfortable giving constructive feedback and creative guidance
  • Organised, proactive, and reliable

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage creative direction for design and video projects
  • Collaborate closely with designers and video editors on a daily basis
  • Provide creative inspiration, references, and conceptual guidance
  • Review and refine deliverables before they are shared with clients
  • Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and project objectives
  • Maintain high standards of creativity and professionalism
