Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with dyeing planners to identify new color requirements and formulate necessary

recipes

● Review lab shades and adjust recipes for the next lab trial to ensure accuracy

● Coordinate with the production team to review and implement recipe corrections

● Utilize spectrophotometer readings, particularly Delta E values for recipe adjustments

● Prepare and manage recipes using ERP

● Maintain accurate records of lab lot cards

Qualification & Experience Required:

● Bachelor's degree in engineering (Chemical or Industrial) with diploma in dyeing is preferable.

● Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a color lab, preferably with knitwear companies.

Skills Required:

● Strong communication skills.

● Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

● Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Ability to work under pressure.
