DEENIN is looking for a highly organised, proactive Supply Chain Specialist to join our growing eCommerce team

This role plays a key part in managing our end-to-end order fulfillment, optimizing supply chain operations, and coordinating with B2B clients and partners to ensure smooth deliveries and satisfied customers.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee daily order fulfillment processes for D2C (direct-to-consumer) and B2B shipments
  • Coordinate with 3PL partners, couriers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Manage inventory levels across multiple platforms and warehouses
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for replenishment and lead-time optimization
  • Handle bulk B2B orders, invoicing, and logistics coordination
  • Analyze supply chain performance and suggest process improvements
  • Track KPIs like order accuracy, delivery timelines, and fulfillment cost efficiency

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain or fulfillment roles, preferably in eCommerce
  • Strong understanding of logistics, inventory management, and order processing
  • Experience with Shopify, Amazon FBA, or any fulfillment management software is a plus
  • Great communication skills — especially for B2B coordination
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
