Job Title: Outbound Sales Agent (UK B2B)
Position Overview: SourceKode Solutions is seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Agent with a British Accent to drive B2B sales within the UK market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, engaging, and closing deals with potential clients, contributing directly to our company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective B2B clients in the UK, effectively articulating our value proposition and identifying sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to meet their objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the sales lead, admin and warehouse to develop targeted strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals in line with company guidelines.
- Follow up with existing customers, potential clients, support function (close coordination and follow up with)
- Research analysis of customers. Upselling and cross selling to the customers.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in outbound B2B sales, demonstrating the ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers, with a UK accent.
- Strong negotiation skills, with a focus on value-based selling and closing deals.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- In-depth knowledge of the UK B2B market, including industry trends and competitor landscape.
- Proven track record in working under pressure and selling short terms fads (New product, clearance sales etc)
- A-levels, bachelors level education is a plus.
