We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated B2B Outbound Business Development Manager to lead outbound sales initiatives, identify new business opportunities, and drive growth in the B2B segment. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting:-
Identify, research, and target potential B2B clients through outbound channels (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, etc.)

Collaborate with the marketing team to align outbound campaigns with lead nurturing strategies.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Understand client pain points and position company products/services as effective solutions.

Provide timely follow-ups and exceptional pre-sales communication.

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and sales automation tools.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Industry experience in [SaaS / IT services / logistics / manufacturing / B2B products or services].

Familiarity with outbound sales methodologies like SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale, or similar.
