Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our welding products, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have industrial sales experience and a proven ability to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities


• Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities for welding electrodes, welding machines, and related products.


• Maintain and grow strong client relationships with existing and new customers.


• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to explain technical features and advantages effectively.


• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase product visibility and brand recognition.


• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies.


• Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to management.


• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements


• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales & marketing of welding electrodes, welding machines, or related industrial products.


• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage client relationships.


• Familiarity with marketing techniques and digital promotion is a plus.


• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
