Role Summary

As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be the driving force behind our client acquisition and brand visibility. You will build meaningful relationships with potential clients, promote our IT consultancy services, and develop strategic marketing campaigns to boost our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector.
  • Promote H.H Tech Solution's services through strategic sales pitches and client engagement.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline).
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and reports.
  • Manage leads, follow up with prospects, and convert leads into clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities.
  • Represent the company at networking events, industry expos, and client meetings.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related role (preferably in tech or B2B services).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
  • Confidence in presenting IT solutions to corporate clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools is a plus.
  • A mature, reliable, and professional attitude is essential.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • A Mature Female professional.
  • Prior experience in sales or client relations within IT or consultancy sectors is an advantage.
  • Brings a high level of maturity, patience, and professionalism to client engagements.
