
Google Ad words PPC Specialist

Horizon Tech is seeking an experienced Google Ad words PPC Specialist to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads platform. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in driving qualified traffic, maximizing ROI, and scaling advertising performance for business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
- Develop comprehensive keyword strategies and conduct ongoing keyword research.
- Create compelling ad copy and optimize for maximum click-through rates.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking and analytics integration.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations.
Strategy & Optimization
- Develop PPC strategies aligned with business objectives and budget constraints.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research for advertising opportunities.
- Implement A/B testing for ad copy, landing pages, and campaign elements.
- Optimize campaigns for improved Quality Score, lower CPC, and higher conversion rates.
- Manage bid strategies and budget allocation across multiple campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting
- Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
- Track and analyze KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Present campaign performance and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.
- Identify trends and opportunities for campaign improvement.
Account Management
- Manage monthly advertising budgets ranging from $X to $Y.
- Collaborate with creative team for ad creatives and landing page optimization.
- Stay updated with Google Ads features, policies, and industry best practices.
- Handle multiple client accounts/projects simultaneously.
- Provide strategic recommendations for campaign scaling.
Required Qualifications:
Technical Skills
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Google Ads certification (Search, Display, Shopping preferred).
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with Google Ads Editor and bulk campaign management.
- Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS for basic landing page optimization.
Experience Requirements
- Proven track record of managing monthly ad spend of $XX,XXX .
- Experience in LED lightings preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated success in improving campaign ROI and reducing CPA.
- Experience with e-commerce/lead generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of audience targeting and remarketing strategies.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications:
Additional certifications
- Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads.
- Experience with Google Ads scripts and automation.
- Knowledge of other digital marketing channels (SEO, Social Media).
- Experience with marketing automation tools.
- Understanding of attribution models and customer journey mapping.
- Must have Digital Marketing Certification.
