Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Industrial Engineer at Lucky Textile Mills, located in Landhi Karāchi. The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, improving production efficiency, conducting time and motion studies, and designing workflows. Additionally, the role involves developing methods to increase productivity, analyzing production data, implementing cost-saving measures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards. The Industrial Engineer will also focus on ensuring safety and regulatory compliance within the textile manufacturing environment especially wet processing.

Qualifications

  • Experience in optimizing manufacturing processes and improving production efficiency
  • Skilled in conducting time and motion studies and designing workflows
  • Ability to develop methods to increase productivity and implement cost-saving measures
  • Proficiency in analyzing production data and ensuring quality standards
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance in a manufacturing environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications and experience of at least 01 to 02 years in industrial engineering are a plus, fresh Graduates with outstanding academic record may apply.
