Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor daily workshop operations to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service excellence.
  • Supervise and train service teams to improve productivity and operational performance.
  • Ensure strict adherence to service standards, SOPs, and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with parts, technical, and customer care teams for smooth end-to-end operations.
  • Analyze service performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Contribute to profitability and efficiency targets through strategic service planning.

Mandatory Skills: Prior Automotive Industry Service Operations Experience (Preferably

Toyota)

Experience: Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience

Education: Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a

related field. (Master's degree will be an added advantage.)
