RedCube Technologies is a leading e-commerce solutions provider, developing innovative and efficient platforms. We are looking to expand our team and hire a talented Operations Executive who can perform day-to-day operations role.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive Operations Executive to oversee day-to-day operations, streamline processes, and ensure smooth workflow within our organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while contributing to strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operational activities for manufacturing, e-commerce fulfillment, and production.
  • Oversee order processing, inventory management, and timely deliveries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, marketing, and customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to optimize operations.
  • Assist in implementing process improvements for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Prepare operational reports, updates, and documentation for senior management.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate or Above.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, logistics, or a similar role (experience in e-commerce or manufacturing is a plus).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
