Sales and Operations Executive

Role Overview:
The Sale and Operations Executive will handle front-line responsibilities, including Travel agents query handling, tracking travel agents booking, refunds, and vendor coordination.

Location; Karachi

Key Responsibilities:


• Coordinating with Travel agents.


• Maintain Travel agents deposits and Vendor Deposits.


• Monitor inventory for errors and raise issues to the manager.


• Support daily content management and market comparisons.


• Assist in GSA coordination and support contract paperwork.

Required Skills:


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Basic Excel proficiency.


• Organized and detail-oriented.


• Quick learner and team player.


• Visiting Travel agents.


• Knowledge of GDS systems.


• Understanding of B to B travel portals such as TDS, DOTW, Rezlive, and others.


• Prior experience working with or in a travel agency environment will be an advantage.

Experience
: Up to 2 Years in sales support or operational roles in a B to B online booking platform.
