Global Ship Services is a multinational ship services company headquartered in the USA. We are seeking an Operations Executive for our Karachi office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle correspondence with customers and vendors via email and phone.
  • Maintain complete and accurate records of each inquiry and quotation in the internal ERP software system.
  • Coordinate with agents for order confirmations and delivery follow-ups.
  • Support the operations team in daily administrative and logistical tasks.
  • Ensure timely and efficient communication across departments.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong English
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in ERP software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
