Role Overview

We are hiring IT Sales Executives / Managers (2–3 years' experience) to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for sales professionals who have worked in Software Houses / IT Services companies and want to grow their career in IoT, Web & Mobile App Sales.

You will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and selling UTF's custom software development services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads and build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Sell IoT/IIoT solutions, mobile apps, and custom software projects.
  • Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle (lead generation to closing).
  • Work with technical teams to align client needs with deliverables.
  • Track pipeline, report sales metrics, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of IT Sales / Business Development experience in a Software House (mandatory).
  • Strong track record in selling custom software services / project-based solutions.
  • Knowledge of IoT, IIoT, web, and mobile app development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business / IT / Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

  • Understanding of IoT/IIoT technologies.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
