Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karachi for a Branch Coordinator. The Branch Coordinator will manage day-to-day branch operations, coordinate with various departments, liaise with clients and vendors, maintain inventory of medical and laboratory supplies, and ensure compliance with company policies. Additionally, the Branch Coordinator will support project implementation and handle administrative tasks to maintain smooth branch workflow.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Experience in inventory management and procurement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
  • Knowledge of medical and laboratory equipment is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or coordination
