About the Role:

AMS Engineering is seeking a Compliance Officer (TQM) to support our quality management and compliance processes. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to start their careers in quality management, compliance, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing and maintaining Total Quality Management (TQM) and compliance standards across departments.
  • Support in monitoring adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and update compliance documentation and records.
  • Assist in conducting internal audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
  • Prepare compliance and quality-related reports for management review.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure corrective actions and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to staff training sessions on quality and compliance policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Good understanding of quality management principles (knowledge of ISO 9001 will be a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
