Job Role:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients
  • Manage and maintain strong client relationships
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain client records and follow up proactively

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in client relations/customer service
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Interest in skincare/beauty industry (preferred)
