Role Description – Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

This is a
full-time, hybrid
role for a
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
based in
Islamabad
. The CEO will be responsible for leading the company's overall strategy, operations, and growth.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of building systems, developing teams, and driving business expansion. This is a
hands-on leadership role
, suitable for a motivated individual who is passionate about
travel, business, and entrepreneurship
, and is eager to grow alongside the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee day-to-day business operations and overall performance
  • Develop and execute strategic and operational plans to scale the company
  • Build, manage, and mentor the core team across sales, operations, and administration
  • Manage budgets, cash flows, and financial performance
  • Drive sales growth, partnerships, and new revenue opportunities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Ensure alignment with the company's vision, values, and long-term goals
  • Monitor market trends and adapt offerings to remain competitive

Qualifications & Ideal Profile

  • Strong interest or experience in
    business operations, finance, or management
  • Ability to plan, execute, and take ownership of results
  • Passion for
    travel, tourism, and building scalable businesses
  • Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
  • Sales mindset with the ability to drive growth and partnerships
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Business Administration, Finance, Tourism, or a related field
    (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Prior experience in
    tourism, travel, consultancy, or services
    is a plus
  • Fresh university graduates with strong motivation, leadership potential, and entrepreneurial mindset are encouraged to apply
