Role Overview

The
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
will lead all technology, engineering, cybersecurity, and digital innovation efforts across Airbornic International. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep experience in HR-tech platforms, blockchain/cryptocurrency operations, and enterprise automation. This role requires someone who can build scalable systems, manage risk, and transform business strategy into high-impact digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Technology Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and execute a full technology roadmap aligned with Airbornic International's global expansion strategy.
• Lead digital transformation across HR solutions, crypto processing, and internal operations.
• Drive innovation through AI, blockchain, and workflow automation.

Platform & Product Development

• Architect next-generation HR service platforms and secure crypto transfer systems.
• Oversee design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-availability applications.
• Manage integrations with financial systems, HRIS, blockchain networks, and cloud infrastructure.

Cybersecurity & Compliance

• Implement enterprise-grade security frameworks for cryptocurrency handling and sensitive HR data.
• Ensure compliance with international data protection regulations (GDPR, ISO, SOC, etc.).
• Oversee incident response, threat monitoring, and system risk mitigation.

Team Leadership & Project Management

• Build and mentor high-performing engineering, DevOps, and security teams.
• Establish development standards, sprint cycles, and quality assurance processes.
• Oversee vendor relationships, technology procurement, and contract negotiations.

Operational Excellence

• Optimize infrastructure costs, system performance, and digital workflows.
• Introduce analytics, automation, and AI-based tools to increase company efficiency.
• Provide technology insights to guide executive leadership on growth decisions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 7–15+ years of experience in technology leadership, including CTO/Head of Engineering roles.
• Proven experience in:
• HR-tech, fintech, or blockchain-based systems
• Cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Cryptocurrency transaction flows, custodial systems, or blockchain security
• AI/ML integration and digital automation
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks & compliance standards.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience scaling technology for global operations.
• Prior work with HR platforms, workforce automation, or digital onboarding.
• Expertise with smart contracts, Web3 or digital payments.
• Ability to operate in a high-growth, fast-moving environment.
