Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Islamabad for a Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. The Personal Assistant will manage the CEO's daily schedule, appointments, and correspondence with efficiency and confidentiality. Responsibilities include organizing meetings, preparing and reviewing documents, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring timely communication among stakeholders. Additionally, the role requires maintaining professionalism and discretion while handling sensitive information and supporting the CEO in day-to-day activities to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Administrative and organizational skills, including scheduling and document management
  • Communication and interpersonal skills for managing correspondence and coordinating with stakeholders
  • Time management and multitasking abilities to meet deadlines effectively
  • Proficiency in office software applications such as Microsoft Office, email, and calendar management tools
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Flexibility and adaptability to support a dynamic work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred
  • Familiarity with the financial technology or digital lending industry is a plus
