We are seeking a Recruitment Officer for a full-time, on-site role located in Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi. The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for managing the hiring process, developing job descriptions, sourcing and attracting talent, conducting interviews, and supporting onboarding activities. The ideal candidate will work closely with department supervisors to understand staffing needs, communicate effectively with candidates, and ensure a seamless recruitment process from start to finish.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Experience in Job Description Development and accurately outlining role requirements
  • Proven expertise in Hiring and Recruiting processes
  • Proficiency in Interviewing techniques to assess candidate suitability effectively
  • Knowledge of recruitment software and tools is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in recruitment or human resources is preferred
