Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Recruitment Officer, based in Karāchi. The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for developing job descriptions, managing and optimizing the recruitment process, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process. Collaborating with stakeholders to identify recruitment needs and fostering strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Recruiting, Hiring, and Interviewing skills
  • Experience in developing detailed and accurate Job Descriptions
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills to build effective working relationships with diverse teams
  • Ability to work independently and manage recruitment workflows efficiently
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in recruitment within publishing, retail, or a similar industry is a plus
