Role Overview
As a Junior SQA Representative, you'll play a key role in executing test cases, identifying bugs, and collaborating with developers to resolve issues. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow in the field of software quality assurance while contributing to impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute manual test cases across web, mobile, and desktop platforms
  • Log, track, and verify bugs using issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla)
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to resolve defects
  • Participate in requirement analysis and test planning sessions
  • Maintain clear and detailed test documentation
  • Assist in regression, functional, and performance testing
  • Support release cycles with sanity and smoke testing

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in software testing or QA
  • Basic understanding of SDLC and STLC
  • Familiarity with writing test cases and using QA tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
