Admin Officer

The Admin Officer is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. This role involves a variety of tasks, including managing correspondence, organizing schedules, maintaining office systems, and handling internal and external communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a productive work environment
- Maintain and organize office supplies, equipment, and stationery.
- Manage office equipment, including troubleshooting and arranging for repairs as needed.
- Admin will look after office and outside office work like purchase
- Assist with data entry and record keeping for internal reporting and compliance.
- Assist with budgeting and financial record-keeping.
- Process invoices and track expenses.
- Handle petty cash and assist in financial reports.
