We're hiring a proactive and detail-oriented
Admin Officer
to manage administrative operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role combines facility oversight, procurement coordination, financial handling, and team support to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee general administrative operations including office supplies, facility upkeep, and vendor coordination
- Manage
general purchasing
of non-production items (stationery, uniforms, tools, etc.) - Supervise
janitorial services
and ensure hygiene standards across factory zones - Handle
petty cash
transactions, maintain logs, and reconcile monthly expenses - Monitor and resolve
canteen-related issues
, including food quality, staff coordination, and vendor performance - Support HR functions including attendance tracking and onboarding
- Maintain documentation for audits, compliance, and ERP entries
- Coordinate internal meetings, shift handovers, and training sessions
- Liaise with warehouse, QA, and procurement teams to resolve operational issues
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
· years of experience in administrative roles (preferably in manufacturing)
· Familiarity with petty cash handling, basic procurement, and facility management
· Strong organizational and communication skills
· Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
· Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and factory hygiene protocols
