We're looking for a Full Stack Developer who enjoys moving fast, shipping real products, and playing with AI in production.

About Us

MASK Inc. is a fast-growing startup building AI-driven web products and internal tools. We value speed, ownership, clean code, and practical creativity.

Location

Islamabad / Rawalpindi candidates only

Fully remote within this region, with occasional in-person meetups if needed.

Role

You will work as a hands-on full stack developer, owning features end-to-end:

  • Build and refine web applications (frontend + backend)

  • Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into existing and new features

  • Collaborate directly with the technical leads on architecture, scope, and delivery

If you enjoy taking ideas from rough concept to deployed feature, this role is for you.

Experience

Minimum 6 months of professional experience in full stack or closely related development.

Required Skills (Core Competencies)

  1. Frontend

  2. Strong React + TypeScript fundamentals

  3. Component-driven UI, responsive layouts, and clean, reusable code

  4. Basic state management and data-fetching patterns

  5. Backend & APIs

  6. Python API development (preferably FastAPI or similar)

  7. REST API design, request/response validation, and authentication basics

  8. Familiarity with GraphQL (queries, mutations, schemas) is a strong plus

  9. AI Integration

  10. Calling LLM APIs (OpenAI, etc.) from backend services

  11. Writing and structuring prompts for predictable outputs

  12. Simple RAG / workflow wiring, handling rate limits, retries, and logging

  13. Databases

  14. Solid SQL fundamentals and schema design basics

  15. Experience with PostgreSQL (migrations, indexing, query hygiene)

  16. Version Control & Collaboration

  17. Git workflows (branches, PRs, resolving conflicts)

  18. Clear, readable commit messages

  19. Basic awareness of CI and code review practices

What You'll Do

  • Build, deploy, and optimize full-stack product features

  • Integrate AI models and analytics into real user flows

  • Work closely with the technical leads to scope, prioritize, and ship iterations

  • Help improve internal engineering practices, documentation, and code quality
