We are looking for a
Mid-Level Full Stack Developer
to join our development team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with
React, , , Tailwind CSS
, and modern backend development (APIs, databases, authentication). You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build and maintain scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize full stack web applications using React, , , and Tailwind CSS.
  • Build responsive, accessible, and performant UI components with React and Tailwind.
  • Implement and maintain RESTful / JSON-based APIs and backend services using
  • Integrate with databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB or similar) and write efficient queries.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements and wireframes into technical solutions.
  • Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.
  • Work with authentication, authorization, and session management for secure applications.
  • Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and documentation of features and technical decisions.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the full stack (frontend and backend).
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of our architecture, tooling, and development processes.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1-3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack or Frontend/Backend Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in;

JavaScript / TypeScript

(SSR, SSG, routing, API routes, middleware)

or similar frameworks)

Tailwind CSS (utility-first styling, responsive layouts)

  • Experience with RESTful API design and integration.
  • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern browser behavior.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one relational or NoSQL database (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
  • Experience with Git and collaborative workflows (pull requests, code reviews, branching strategies).
  • Familiarity with unit testing / integration testing and debugging tools.
  • Understanding of web performance optimization and basic security best practices (input validation, OWASP basics, etc.).
