We are looking for an experienced
Odoo Functional Consultant
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring Odoo ERP modules, providing functional support, and ensuring smooth implementation of Odoo solutions tailored to client needs. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into efficient ERP workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze client requirements to design suitable Odoo ERP solutions.
  • Configure, customize, and implement Odoo modules such as Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, HR, Manufacturing, and others.
  • Work closely with technical teams to develop new features or customize existing ones.
  • Provide functional support and training to end-users.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure proper deployment.
  • Prepare documentation including workflows, manuals, and training materials.
  • Collaborate with clients to continuously improve system processes and ensure optimal utilization of Odoo.
  • Stay updated with new Odoo releases and features to recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant.
  • Strong knowledge of core Odoo modules and business workflows.
  • Ability to gather and document requirements, prepare gap analysis, and propose solutions.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in ERP implementation projects from start to finish.
