Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Design Lead (Female) to head our in-house creative team and oversee the production of high-impact visual content across both digital and offline platforms. This role combines creative leadership with hands-on design and video execution, including the integration of emerging AI-powered tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a creative team across various design and video projects.
  • Conceptualize and create high-quality static, motion, and video assets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand and meet creative objectives.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables.
  • Integrate AI tools to optimize creative workflows.
  • Oversee the entire creative process, from ideation to final delivery.
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture.
  • Manage timelines, prioritize multiple projects, and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Provide clear creative direction and mentorship to team members.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 4+ years in creative design and video production.
  • Proven track record in managing and leading creative teams.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative work.
  • In-depth knowledge of branding, design principles, and digital trends.

Skills Required:

Design & Video Tools:

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • Canva, CapCut
  • AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney or similar)
