UI/UX Design Lead

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop design solutions that meet project requirements and engage users, working closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Conduct research and testing to gather feedback and improve designs, ensuring they align with business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to drive product innovation.
  • Maintain consistency in visual elements and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
Requirements
  • Prior experience as a UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing website and application design work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Ability to create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
