We are hiring a Maintenance Engineer to ensure the efficient operation of mechanical and electrical equipment through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial EngineeringExperience: 3 -5 years in relevant field.Key Responsibilities:Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure all machinery and equipment operate at optimal performance levels.Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution.Maintain safety compliance and operational standards.Keep records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.Develop and implement maintenance schedules and workflows to optimize equipment reliability and longevity.Inspect and monitor the performance of machines, identifying potential issues before they escalate.Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and regulations during all maintenance activities.Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, equipment performance, and repairs.Evaluate and recommend upgrades, replacements, or modifications to enhance equipment efficiency and reduce operational costs.Collaborate with production and operations teams to prioritize and address maintenance needs effectively.Requirements:Strong troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge.Proficiency in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong troubleshooting and problem -solving skills with technical expertise in mechanical and electrical systems.Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools for tracking maintenance activities and schedules.Familiarity with industrial safety standards, regulations, and best practices.Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with cross -functional teams.Note: Candidates with experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be preferred.Location: 4B value addition city Khurrianwala.
