We are seeking a skilled Solar and Generator Operations Supervisor to oversee the operation, maintenance, and performance of solar power systems and standby generators. The role involves ensuring uninterrupted power supply, efficient energy generation, and adherence to safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day operations of solar and generator systems.
  • Monitor energy production, fuel consumption, and equipment performance to ensure optimal efficiency.
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities with the technical team.
  • Troubleshoot faults and ensure timely resolution of system or equipment issues.
  • Maintain operational logs, service reports, and performance data.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company SOPs.
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance and upgrades.
  • Support energy optimization initiatives and provide recommendations for system improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in solar power and generator operations or maintenance particularly in industrial and production setups
  • Strong technical understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, and diesel generators.
  • Proficient in analyzing performance data and preparing reports.
  • Good leadership, and problem-solving skills.
