Machine Operators

We are looking for skilled and responsible Machine Operators to operate and maintain different types of production machines including Sachet Filling, Coating, Softgel, Encapsulation, and Powder Filling Machines.

The role requires attention to detail, basic mechanical understanding, and the ability to work efficiently to ensure smooth and accurate production operations.

Qualification

• DAE (Mechanical / Electrical) or Intermediate (F.Sc Pre-Engineering / Technical Diploma)

Experience

• 2 to 3 years of experience in operating production or packaging machines (Sachet Filling, Coating, Softgel, or similar equipment).

Key Responsibilities

• Operate assigned production machines safely and efficiently according to daily schedules.
• Set up and adjust machine settings as per product requirements.
• Monitor the filling and packaging process to ensure correct quantity and quality.
• Identify and report any faults or unusual sounds during machine operation.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machines.
• Assist the maintenance team in technical repairs when needed.
• Check packaging materials and finished products for quality.
• Record daily production data and report to the supervisor.
