Design Centric is a creative design and development company known for delivering innovative digital solutions. We're looking for a talented Creative Manager with strong project management experience to lead our design team, oversee client projects, and ensure creative excellence across all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage design projects from concept to final delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients, designers, and developers to ensure project goals are met.
  • Develop creative strategies aligned with client objectives and brand identity.
  • Manage timelines, workloads, and project priorities efficiently.
  • Review, refine, and maintain high design standards across all creative outputs.
  • Motivate and mentor the creative team to produce their best work.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a design or creative management role.
  • Strong understanding of creative workflows and project management principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) is a plus.
