Position Overview:

We are seeking a Creative Manager who will lead our creative vision and strategy for clients' businesses. The ideal candidate is a blend of strategic thinker, creative innovator, and strong executor — capable of turning market insights into winning ideas that help brands grow.

You will be responsible for developing content strategies, designing creative campaigns, managing project timelines, and ensuring all deliverables align with clients' business goals and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement creative strategies that align with clients' business objectives and market trends.

Create and oversee content plans, marketing ideas, and visual creatives for client campaigns.

Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and audience behavior to identify opportunities for business growth.

Collaborate with the design, marketing, and development teams to ensure creative concepts are executed flawlessly.

Provide innovative ideas to enhance client branding, social media presence, and digital marketing results.

Manage multiple client projects simultaneously and ensure on-time delivery within set deadlines.

Present and pitch creative concepts and strategies to clients in a compelling and professional manner.

Continuously explore new technologies, tools, and trends to keep the creative output modern and effective.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Creative Manager, Brand Strategist, or Marketing Lead (preferably in an agency setting).

Strong understanding of marketing strategy, digital trends, and brand storytelling.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Highly innovative, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset.

Proficiency in creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms) and understanding of digital media.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

Experience in client communication, campaign management, or performance marketing.

Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and design.
