Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Manager, located in Karāchi. We are looking for a Creative Manager who will play a key role in shaping campaign concepts, brand narratives, and visual direction across our nationwide activations and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on — someone who can think creatively, align ideas with brand objectives, and collaborate seamlessly with the strategy, design, and client servicing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Strategy & Planning team to conceptualize creative ideas, campaign themes, and brand stories.
  • Develop and oversee the visual direction, branding, and creative strategy for marketing campaigns and activations.
  • Work closely with the design team to ensure the creative output aligns with the campaign's strategic goals.
  • Write or guide the development of campaign copy, taglines, and content direction for various platforms.
  • Present creative concepts and design directions during pitch presentations and client meetings.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all materials and touchpoints.
  • Stay updated with design trends, digital tools, and industry innovations to keep creative output fresh and relevant.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in a creative or advertising agency environment (experience across both brand and agency sides is preferred).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other creative tools.
  • Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking and practical execution.
