Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of our  Oil Change and auto inspection Center in Lahore. The ideal candidate must know about automotive lubricants, oil/air filter change procedures, with the ability to lead and supervise junior technicians and ensure excellent customer service, having a customer-friendly attitude. 

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily oil and lubricants change services, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.Monitor inventory levels of oils, filters, and consumables and coordinate for timely restockingAssign duties to technicians and monitor performance to maintain efficiency and service standards.Making a duty roster/work schedule for technicians/staff to manage the workforceRecommend / Suggest appropriate  products (engine oils, filters, car care products) and allied services to customers based on vehicle condition and usageMaintain daily service logs and assist in preparing performance and inventory reportsSupport the service center team /  Branch Manager in meeting daily sales targets. Cash handling, closing, and customer satisfaction goalsEnsure workshop cleanliness, safety, and proper handling of tools and equipmentGreet customers professionally and guide them about available services.

Qualifications:

 Matric / Diploma / Intermediate  (Diploma preferred)3–5 years of experience in the automotive service/oil industry, with supervisory or lead technician experience.Strong knowledge of engine oils, lubricants, oil and air filters, and basic vehicle maintenance.Ability to manage teams and communicate effectively with both staff and customers.Basic knowledge of computers and the ability to run computer / Mobile software Customer-facing experience with product upselling and service explanationAble to handle inventory in and out, as well as inventory audits.
