E&E Capital Management, LLC, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant/Accounts Payable Specialist to join our fully remote team. We are looking for talented freelancers and individuals from Pakistan and the Philippines with a strong background in property management or real estate accounting.

Please Note: This position is exclusively for independent contractors/freelancers. We are not entertaining inquiries or applications from accounting firms.

Responsibilities:

As a Junior Accountant/Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks crucial to our financial operations, including:

  • Processing accounts payable, including receiving, coding, and entering invoices.
  • Reconciling vendor statements and resolving invoice discrepancies.
  • Assisting with month-end closing procedures related to accounts payable.
  • Preparing and processing electronic payments.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Ad-hoc accounting tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or Junior Accountant, with a strong emphasis on accounts payable functions.
  • Previous experience working with a property management or real estate company is a must.
  • Proficiency in property management software, specifically Property Matrix and AppFolio.
  • Strong command of QuickBooks for general accounting tasks.
  • Excellent skills in Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Google Drive for document management and collaboration.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
