About the Role

We are looking for a
creative and detail-oriented 3D Game Artist
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in creating engaging, optimized, and stylized
3D
assets for
casual and hyper-casual simulation games
. You will work closely with designers, developers, and animators to bring fun and visually appealing game worlds to life.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the development team to establish, contribute to, and maintain the creative vision of each game.
  • Work with artists to define the project's visual style and enhance the quality of other team members' work.
  • Create high-quality
    2D and 3D
    concept art.
  • Develop style guides and specifications to define and document the art direction.
  • Communicate the art style effectively across all game elements, including environments, characters, weapons, props, animations, and VFX.
  • Define art team milestones with clear direction and realistic scopes.
  • Manage relationships with external art contractors.
  • Mentor, guide, and support the growth of the art team, including direct supervision of team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Game Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 2–3
    years of experience as a
    2D & 3D
    Game Artist.
  • Proficiency in various stylized art styles.
  • Previous experience as an Art Director or Senior Artist with at least one shipped AA or AAA title.
  • Experienced in Puzzle, casual , hyper-casual /
    2D & 3D environment artist.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing environment, character, and event concepts.
  • Proficiency in both
    2D and 3D
    concept creation at a high level of quality.
  • Broad knowledge of multiple art disciplines, including concept art, modeling, environment design, characters, lighting, VFX, and UI/UX.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to give clear direction, provide constructive feedback, and accept critiques.
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
