About the Role: We're seeking an experienced 3D Modeling Artist to lead the creation of high-fidelity 3D assets for eCommerce and virtual environments. You'll work with photographic references to create photorealistic products, furniture, and automotive components optimized for web and AR platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality 3D models from photo references (products, furniture, auto parts)
  • Develop and maintain modeling standards and workflows
  • Ensure topology is optimized for web/AR while maintaining visual fidelity
  • Mentor junior and mid-level artists
  • Collaborate with texture artists to achieve photorealistic results
  • UV unwrapping with efficient texture space utilization
  • Quality control and asset review
  • Estimate timelines for modeling tasks

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of professional 3D modeling experience
  • Expert proficiency in Maya, or 3ds Max
  • Strong hard-surface modeling skills (products, furniture, mechanical parts)
  • Expert knowledge of topology, edge flow, and polygon optimization
  • Proficient in UV mapping and unwrapping techniques
  • Experience creating assets for real-time rendering (web/AR/VR)
  • Understanding of PBR workflows and material requirements
  • Portfolio demonstrating photorealistic product/furniture models
  • Experience with photogrammetry workflows is a plus

Technical Requirements:

  • Export experience with GLB and FBX formats
  • Knowledge of polygon budgets for web/mobile platforms
  • Understanding of LOD (Level of Detail) creation
  • Familiarity with AR platforms (8th Wall, ARCore, ARKit) is advantageous

Software Proficiency:

  • Primary:Maya, or 3ds Max
  • Asset optimization tools
  • Basic knowledge of Substance Painter/Designer (or willingness to learn)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60, Rs130,000.00 per month
